Our client, an iconic denim - focused fashion brand, is seeking a Digital Producer to join their team on a fulltime basis. 

As the Digital Producer, you will bring to life the digital experience for our customers as they discover, browse, and purchase from our online experience. Including various large-scale projects and brand initiatives that improve the overall customer experience as well as the internal teams. 

The Role: 

Defining, refining, and managing pre-seasonal go-to-market and in-season workflow and impeccable execution of all digital content. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to execute tasks on time and ensuring that scope and schedules are clearly defined. The Producer is an expert in the tools and end-to-end processes and will advocate for operational effectiveness to drive the customer-facing digital experience. This person thinks holistically about the needs of all teams and the brand’s priorities and goals to refine processes and procedures. 

 

You Are: 

 A project management and digital process expert with experience working in multiple seasons at the same time navigating cross-functional stakeholders and teams effectively in a hybrid work environment (in office and remote), and who can jump into a complex project with many stakeholders and build & communicate a clear project plan.  You are a creative thinker, an excellent collaborator, and a self-starter that is comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment while challenging the status quo

 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for delivering and executing all digital marketing content

  • Manage project end-to-end as the key driver responsible for the success of the project

  • Collaborates with Digital Marketing and Creative teams on workflow baseline and site capabilities

  • Schedules key milestones (briefing, kick-off, reviews, approvals) and ensures activities/deliverables are aligned with the launch schedule

  • Manages changes during the Creative Development portion of the project workflow

  • Owns and updates the Production project tracker with new projects and any incoming changes; reassesses timelines as needed

  • Establish clear roles and responsibilities for every milestone

  • Establish approvers at each stage of the project and be the driver of the review process 

  • Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle

  • Create and update a project schedule accounting for all milestones 

  • Keep leads informed of project status and risks/issues 

  • Drive team communication, both within core team and to management/leadership team Organize and lead project mtgs to ensure all stakeholders are involved in current discussions and receive clear guidelines on appropriate next steps

  • Act as a mediator between stakeholders

  • Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved. Lead hindsight meetings & develop best practices and processes to manage projects in the future

 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of detailed task planning and execution experience in highly promotional retail eCommerce

  • Understanding of eCommerce content management processes, including direct experience with site, web apps, email, and loyalty program tools and technologies

  • Experience in managing and communicating deliverables for multiple projects at any given time

  • Highly process-oriented with superior skills in defining business processes

  • Self-motivated, assertive, and focused. Ability to work well independently and within a hybrid group setting while mindful of time management and efficiencies

  • Excellent ability to multi-task and track many moving parts

  • Aptitude to influence and coordinate activities among cross-functional and cross-brand teams

  • Thrives and remains calm in a fast-paced environment

  • Extremely detailed oriented

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable and effective with all levels within the organization
