We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills whose focus is creating an environment where everyone feels welcome. In this role, the Digital Retention Specialist will be able to assess each situation individually and assist the client with any disputes or payment issues.

Digital Retention Specialist Responsibilities:
• Assist with TA’s multi-channel engagement and retention campaigns focused on our subscribers.
• Collaborate with different teams across the organization in creating emails and newsletters to showcase subscriber benefits and value.
• Identify digital opportunities to engage our clients along their journey to increase loyalty while decreasing churn.
• Partner with Digital Insights Analyst to develop and monitor subscriber segmentation based on clients’ profile attributes to optimize lifecycle metrics.
• Engage clients in functional areas to help mitigate membership cancellations.
• Monitor daily program automations and data processes, troubleshooting when necessary
• Implement automated & triggered email campaigns journeys for onboarding, reactivation, and win back.
• Be a key element in our client retention efforts, and help us better understand the voice of the client and their concerns



To succeed in this role, you will need:
• At least 3 years of experience developing engagement and retention focused marketing programs and campaigns for subscription products strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM, email marketing, copy writing and customer engagement across digital and owned channels such as email, web, and app
• Demonstrated integrity regarding confidential matters.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in group projects
• Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Dropbox, Stripe.
