Our client, a global tech organization is seeking a Global Customer Marketing Director responsible for engaging, educating and celebrating the growing customer base to support our retention and customer growth goals.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating targeted programs, resources and events designed specifically for the brands Enterprise customers.
What You Will Do
? You are skilled at developing and executing targeted customer focused campaigns, events and webinars to both educate and engage Enterprise customers, aligned to our key verticals - as part of the global customer marketing strategy.
? You are a team player - working cross functionally with the global customer account management team, customer success, solution consultants, product marketing, advocacy and other supporting marketing functions to execute customer campaigns - with a priority on customer retention and generating upsell pipeline.
? You strive to understand customer product adoption and will create a marketing plan to increase product usage - in partnership with the customer sales teams and product\ marketing.
? You will support the eNPS process by developing customer marketing initiatives that target and engage customers by score (focusing on highest and lowest engaged)
? You are experienced at working with the global content marketing and digital operations team to develop customer focused educational content and drip campaigns
? You understand the value of working closely with the customer advocacy team to support the case study process and turn testimonials into “Voice of the Customer” marketing campaigns
? You will survey customers on what type of content would be useful to them. Use findings to guide strategic direction and distribution of customer/product content
? You are data driven- measuring renewal rates, product adoption and eNPS score. With this insight you will optimize each customer marketing touchpoint with the marketing operations team.
? You are a continuous learner - developing an understanding value proposition and messaging, adopting it for local markets and customer activities as needed.
? 5+ years of enterprise marketing experience with a strong customer focus, preferably in a SaaS or other IT business, across multiple US regions.
? Extensive knowledge and experience with customer advocacy and customer marketing execution tactics, including account based marketing.
? Experience working closely with sales and business development teams, ability to partner with and provide guidance on customer marketing best practices.
? The ability to grasp technical and product concepts and translate product features and functionality into digestible customer benefits.
? A friendly and approachable manner that makes it easy to establish rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
? Ability to build impactful integrated marketing programs driving customer engagement, education and upsell pipeline.
? Passion to learn about customers and their relevant industry trends aligned to the business.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
