Job description

The Director, Analytics and Performance will provide leadership and best practice approaches to support client projects. This person will be accessing, analyzing and interpreting customer-centric data to build optimization models leveraging data across different channels and platforms. This person’s team will work closely with clients to build out appropriate dashboards using visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, or others. This team works with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging analytics and measurement, to enable optimization of media spending and performance.

• Build strong client relationships with new and existing clients
• Support the Media buying and Performance team on setup & execution of campaigns across all digital media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Display, Native, Video, etc.)
• Manage, develop and support ad operations tasks including, but not limited to Ad Tag and Pixel tracking, setting up Google Analytics, Data warehouse management
• Work with the Performance and Media buying teams to deliver successful campaigns by evaluating all aspects of campaign execution: audience segments, creative performance, landing page , etc.)
• Lead Performance team to ensure campaigns are delivered as planned with no overspend or errors
• Work with the Media buying team and 3rd party partners to collect data and ensure all reports are accurate, timely, literate and insightful
• Scope, build, and deliver customized advanced reports, enabling clients to learn more about their digital marketing impact
• Work with the Digital Strategy teams to produce proposals that have been vetted for pricing and execution feasibility
• Collaborate with teams to provide strategic analysis on campaigns using A/B tests, incrementally tests, dashboards to identify what works best.
• Track campaign performance and spend for monthly client invoicing and assist with re-forecasting campaign KPIs when applicable
• Develop custom analytics studies with 3rd party partners
• Recruit, train and develop a high performing team
• Create a strong and productive work relationship with the different teams and executive leadership.

Qualifications:
• 6-8 years of digital media analytics, ad operations traffic management and/or agency experience
• Strong experience with data management & third-party tracking/reporting systems
• Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and highly-motivated team player
• Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with internal teams via email and video conferencing;
friendly, positive, service-oriented personality
