Job description

Our client, a livestream shopping app is looking for a Director of Business Ops and Customer Care to join our US team.

 

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience and has worked in e-commerce or consumer facing mobile app marketplaces. Because you will need to collaborate with colleagues based in Beijing and Tokyo, Chinese (Mandarin) or Japanese language is a requirement.

About the role

Managing our supply chain, logistics, vendor relations and inventory strategies to achieve synergy across the operation

• Own and drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to company growth and operational efficiency 

• Fulfillment and Reverse Logistics: 1P and 3P fulfillment of merchandise Work with the distribution center and Chinese customer service team to manage international order issues 

• Manage all stages of the shopper journey and customer service

• Implement CRM systems

 

About YOU

You have 7+ years of product management experience with expertise in e-commerce, fulfillment, inventory management, reverse logistics, transportation and/or other related supply chain domains.

• You have the ability to translate data into information and strategies into executable action plans
