Leading lifestyle brand is hiring a Director of Digital Marketing and eCommerce to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is a true subject matter expert with extensive D2C digital marketing experience and proven experience increasing site traffic and driving revenues.
This role is based in Orange County and provides a hybrid onsite/remote work schedule. Only local applicants will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategy
- Continuously develop, test and launch new ways to drive traffic to the site ensuring a high level of conversions
- Manage cross-channel acquisition budget and strategy
- Partner closely with internal and external partners within marketing, creative, social, performance marketing and more
- Develop reporting metrics, establish KPIs and track performance accordingly
- Ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch points
- Oversee and manage CRM, Retention Marketing, Social, Affiliate, Paid Social, Paid Ads, Acquisition, SEO, SEM strategies and execution
- Partner with buying and merchandising teams to ensure promotions and product features align
- Oversee and manage user experience of the website
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies and adapt as needed
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years in Digital Marketing and D2C eCommerce
- Proven results in driving revenue through digital marketing and eCommerce
- Experience managing P&L and with forecasting
- Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external cross-functional relationships
- Experience working with a multi-region/ global brand
- Ability to lead a team while remaining hands on
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level strategic thinker
- Desire to constantly achieve more
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
