Director of Growth Marketing Needed with Fashion/Lifestyle Brand!

LA Based is preferred to be able to go onsite as needed.

Our client is looking for a strong Director, Growth Marketing, to join their Performance Marketing team. This role will focus on Growth and Lifecycle Marketing to drive the company's revenue forward. The Growth portion will focus on driving new customer acquisition while the Lifecycle Marketing portion will focus on the new customer onboarding journey that leads to long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• A data-driven growth marketing expert who can make meaningful contributions to the company's growth and own the P&L for a substantial portion of the business.

• Deliver against initiatives that impact customer acquisition, CPA, and CLV goals

• Oversee performance tracking and calibration daily to drive decision-making around budget allocations and forecasts.

• Manage budgeting process for Growth marketing, including forecasting and ROI assessments.

• Support scaling existing channels and identify the development of new opportunities for growth

• Coach and develop the Ecommerce team to build a best-in-class marketing organization.

• Report on and analyze campaign preformation to drive continuous improvement and testing.

• Partner with creative and brand marketing team members to develop robust messaging and storytelling for direct response ads.

• Serve as a senior Growth partner, collaborating with team members across Product, Creative, Finance, Analytics, Brand Marketing, etc.

• Day-to-day management of large-scale paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more, including campaign planning, execution, budget management, performance analysis, and campaign optimization.

• Collaborate with creative teams to design, build and maintain our social media presence

• Perform ongoing reporting and analysis of all campaigns to support acquisition efforts for the growth team.

• Drive continued optimization of acquisition marketing campaigns through ad creative testing, copy testing, and landing page testing.

• Identify new opportunities to drive revenue & profitability.

• Manage and mentor the Ecommerce team.

• Develop a creative testing plan to maintain a steady state of new creatives for the future.

• Lead conversion rate optimization projects and A/B testing.

• Help prioritize and recommend campaigns based on revenue potential and overall corporate strategy and resource/development allocation.

• Stay current on acquisition marketing strategies, best practices, competitive landscape, and ecosystem.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and reducing execution.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience managing large-scale paid marketing campaigns

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred

• Fashion industry experience is a plus

• Proven ability to optimize audiences, creative and pricing for pay-per-click ads, including mobile ads, search ads, social media ads, display ads, and retargeting.

• Experience working with marketing platforms such as Facebook Power Editor, Google Adwords Editor, specifically building business requirements for audience segments and bidding strategies

• Strong analytic skills, including experience with quantitative test design, audience segmentation, tracking, and interpreting results - Disposition for data-driven decision making

• Excellent managing and mentoring skills and a desire to develop and coach your direct reports

• Experience with attribution and mixed media models

• Past success with analyzing data, drawing an accurate conclusion and adjusting strategy accordingly

• Detail-oriented while maintaining the ability to see the overall picture and challenge the traditional path

• A great mix of creative and analytical thinking while being brand-focused and brand-obsessed

• Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and complete responsibilities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment

• Goal-oriented and passionate about exceeding goals

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), both in articulating his/her ideas and gathering input from key stakeholders

• Proven experience participating in/collaborating with cross-functional teams successfully

• Self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently

• Extremely detailed/deadline oriented with excellent project management skills

• Powerpoint and Excel proficiency is required

• Ability to lead change and maximize team contributions

• Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices is a plus

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, hyper-growth environment
