Duties and Responsibilities
The Director will support the Head of Social Impact Marketing & Strategy to drive growth that makes a positive impact on our communities, expand our social impact marketing campaigns to further grow awareness of our community engagement efforts, and develop our newly launched Foundation – as well as thread these efforts together. They provide social impact strategy design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation support to the HSIMS to strengthen and grow the company’s social impact portfolio. The DSIS brings an understanding of organizational best practices, project management, strategic partnerships, and challenges and opportunities facing nonprofit organizations today.

What you’ll do as a Director, Social Impact:
- Drive the design and implementation of the social impact strategy planning, management, and communication process, including the development and monitoring of social impact targets and
- KPIs
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the social impact marketing and strategy team to maximize HSIMS time with key internal and external leaders, stakeholders, and partners
- Identify, assess, and pursue opportunities to strengthen the social impact portfolio in collaboration with colleagues across the company (for example: development of new products and services, convenings and thought leadership)
- Manage and structure high levels of ambiguity within and across strategic projects by providing project management, risk management, and problem-solving support to the HSIMS
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders across the organization to secure buy-in and rally support behind the brands social impact agenda (close coordination with ESG/DEI
- Communications, CRA, and Colleague Communities, among others


- Additional Responsibilities
- Support the HSIMS with board meeting preparation and external outreach and engagement activities (e.g., cultivating and stewarding relationships)
- Develop internal and external communications about social impact at FR that instill pride for colleagues and clients
- Regularly contribute to team development by contributing to team vision and goal refinement, professional development, training, recruiting, onboarding, team social events and retreats, etc.

Qualifications
You could be a great fit if you have:
- MBA and/or other advanced degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, public policy, or public administration
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience, ideally with dual experience in strategy consulting and nonprofit management
- A passion for and strong understanding of one or more of the brands Foundation’s key verticals (e.g., arts, education, affordable housing)
- A significant entrepreneurial drive, ability to create order from uncertainty, and willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems
- Systems thinking and the ability to imagine and drive the creation of new structures or processes
- Agility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-growing environment and in the face of many competing priorities
Job Demands:
- Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
- Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
