Our client is a leading beauty brand looking to add a Director of US Brand Marketing to their team!


  • Oversee team on ongoing business analysis and reporting for the total brand.
  • Analyze and derive insights from sales trends, customer trends, and industry trends to recommend and/or make strategic choices and actions to drive the business. Maintain regular tracking of business results.
  • P&L responsibility through ownership of the retail sales forecast and brand budget.
  • Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales to understand business challenges and opportunities and develop appropriate actions and strategies to mitigate gaps and overdrive opportunities.
  • Oversee team on the development and execution of the national coupon promotion strategy.
  • Forecast, manage and reconcile the brand budget, planning and prioritizing appropriate activities to support brand priorities and objectives.
  • Lead monthly S&OP process for the brand, including retail sales forecast, A&CP and Risks & Opportunities updates.
  • Influence global innovation pipeline by regularly communicating US commercial needs, including gaps, opportunities, executional mandatories, best-in-class examples, market trends, competitive insights and retailer needs.
  • Lead US innovation launch execution, collaborating with brand marketing peers and cross-functional partners to deliver with excellence brand initiatives that win in the market.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing counterpart to optimize US Marketing strategy
  • Provide direction and input to Local POS lead and Wall Strategy team
  • In partnership with Senior Director and Local PR/Influencer Marketing lead, develop fiscal year objectives, priorities, and briefs for paid and earned media.
  • Oversee 1-2 direct reports


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years in Marketing or related experience
  • MBA & beauty experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills
