General Summary: To match the rapid growth and launch of several amazing new products, we are seeking a Merchandiser/Analyst for our e-Commerce Division who will implement Merchandising solutions that deliver a world-class customer experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Manages site merchandising, product categorization & sequencing, pricing, and promotions Collaborate with other Digital Group colleagues to develop merchandising assets to drive traffic to various micro sites, landing pages, etc. (from paid search, affiliate marketing, etc.) Create appropriate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities throughout the site Work with Development team to build relevant online experience by segmentation Establish collaborative relationships with product and inventory teams to ensure availability and the timely delivery of merchandise Ensure promotional online execution accuracy (pricing, ads, deals, online experience, etc.) Create and manage documentation for various merchandising campaigns and activities Maintain easy-to-read historical data and spreadsheets of sales, promotional campaigns, and other changes to the site.
Experience & Skills: Required Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Extremely detail oriented and highly organized with excellent analytical skills and multi-tasking capabilities. Organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of E-Commerce Merchandising software Passion for the customer journey and experience. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Minimum of 2 years in an eCommerce merchandising or experience. Preferred Experience working with web analytics tools.
