One of our well-known global outdoor retail clients is looking for a freelance E-Commerce Content Coordinator to join their team for an exciting long-term contract role.

This freelance E-Commerce Content Coordinator will be part of a small internal digital content team and reporting directly to the E-Commerce Content Manager.

The freelance E-Commerce Content Coordinator should be have entry-level experience and familiarity with digital content management and asset coordination, and some understanding of CMS websites and how to manage content/site updates.

 

Ideal freelance E-Commerce Content Coordinator candidates will have:

- At least 1-2 year of experience as a content coordinator, asset manager, copywriter, or related digital project management position, agency or in-house

- Familiar with CMS, E-Commerce, and asset management tools - preferably Adobe Experience Manager, Core Media, Scene7

- Familiar with content calendars and how to update/maintain E-Commerce websites

- Able to manage translations and variety of location specific E-Commerce requirements

- Experience managing production/execution of content across E-Commerce sites includes homepage redesigns, collection pages, website banners, E-spots, PDP modules, and alternative navigation tools

- Ability to assist with content needs during large platform migrations including user acceptance testing, content migration, new pages creation, asset management, etc.

- Able to work with internal design/creative teams to deliver requested images/copy as needed and collaborate with cross-functional departments - i.e. digital marketing, creative, merchandising, production, development, etc.

- Understanding of how digital marketing, creative/design, post-production, and analytics all tie into e-commerce operations

- Detail oriented, multi-tasker, strong communicator, tech savvy

- Interested in the outdoors, apparel, and/or fashion industries
