E-COMMERCE MARKETPLACE MANAGER

Client Overview:

Our client is an iconic fashion brand in the intimates space! 

E-Commerce Marketplace Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations
  • Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are successfully completed.
  • Execute timely and accurate transfer for fulfillment of Amazon FBA and Dropship, interaction, and partnering with Customer Service and Warehouse Fulfillment
  • Monitor and report on Amazon performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing. Assist in the collection and distribution of historical sales data
  • Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting; provide selling recaps
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment considering weeks of supply
  • Update replenishment reporting to SKU level on a weekly basis
  • Set and modify Ecommerce demand channel initial replenishment settings to achieve sales and inventory plans
  • Assist on quarterly buy execution to the SKU level
  • Maintained assortment roadmap by SKU on a weekly basis
  • Competitor research analysis
  • Monitor marketing execution, traffic, and ad performance. Liaison to ensure the right product and the right copy is being used
  • Partner with the Customer Service team to create a positive user experience and cultivate positive reviews
  • Adhere to company process and meet deadlines in a timely manner.


E-commerce Marketplace Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on E-commerce experience
  • Experience in Amazon administrative tools; experience with other marketplaces are a plus
  • Understanding of E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors
  • Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems and processes
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative, as well as able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations
  • Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of retail math
  • Knowledge of BlueCherry or an inventory management system is a plus
  • Background in lingerie/intimates a plus
  • Bachelors degree
