Our client, a company that curates high quality, fashionable nursery bedding, room décor and products for babies, is hiring a Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join their team!
This position is full-time, direct hire!
On-site in El Segundo, CA. Must be fully vaccinated.
As the Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will handling inbound communications (email, phone, chat), provide product and service information from customers/consumers.
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service, ERP allocation and order entry experience (both EDI and non-EDI accounts)
- 1-2+ years DTC/e-commerce, online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc), Freshdesk (or similar platform)
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written, verbal, communications, and interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Microsoft Excel experience preferred – intermediate skill set.
Special Requirements:
- A2000 ERP software experience a plus but not required, experience with any major ERP system
