The Ecommerce Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the ecommerce business with a significant online presence. This manager will handle decision-making for the website, Amazon and other e-retailers sites business. And Manager will report to General Manager and make weekly/monthly reports on e-com channels. In addition, Manager will present plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve company’s online presence and e-sales.

Manage Amazon Seller Central entirely from product catalog, including setting up new product listings, EBC(Enhanced Brand Content), case log, inventory management, FBA (fulfillment By Amazon) shipments
Monitor buybox price, 3rd party sellers and work with agency to tackle re-sellers
Develop an Amazon advertising to ensure listing visibility and optimization within budget.
Strategize promotions, deals, brand analytics and test new Amazon tools to drive conversion and sales
Communicate with the warehouse to ensure all orders are correctly shipped to Amazon’s warehouse

Brand e-com site

Monitor Google Analytics, and Shopify dashboard, KPIs for site performance
Work with Marketing Director on any affiliate and digital marketing operations back end including coupon codes, new tool features.
Site refresh including, homepage updates thru external web designers, promotions, content, and setup of new products
Provide customer support service support on product information, order tracking and refunds
Strategize Email marketing for promotions, new product launch and overall sales
Develop and analyze data to increase AOV, return rate, conversion, and increase sales

E-retailers business

Manage existing e-retailers accounts and generate own opportunities leveraging existing relationships or through cold outreach
Plan and forecast bulk inventory for e-retailers
Pitch and propose new products for e-retailers
Develop new e-retailers

Financial planning and budgeting

Plan for annual sales forecast of each e-com channel and e-com operation expenses in advance

Review actual sales trend vs. forecast and set up actions plan to reach sales forecast target
