About the job
Our client is looking to hire immediately an Ecommerce Manger Specialist. Our company is a small, family run business with a 5-person team in the office and 9 Brick and Motor Locations in the Tri-State Area. The ideal candidate will have familiarity and experience with Shopify and customer service. You will have one person in the office that reports to you as well as our warehouse team. RESPONSIBILITIES


Shopify Site management
Update homepage
Merchandise category pages
Create copywriting
Adjust inventory quantities for products.
Photograph new products, retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom, and upload retouched product photos into Shopify.
Audit the website to ensure promotions, navigation links, and pages were functioning properly
Generate and schedule e-mail blasts on Mailchimp for new arrivals, promotions, and events
Utilize Canva and Adobe Photoshop to create graphics for e-mails, social media, and homepage.
Work cross-functionally with warehouse team, store employees, and UPS to fulfill online orders.
Coordinate and execute marketing strategies for Instagram and Facebook accounts
Resolve customer service inquiries through phone calls, emails, and Zendesk
Collaborate with fashion photographer to produce marketing materials for e-mail, website, and social media.
Analyze KPI’s such as traffic and revenue.

Customer Service-
Handles customer inquiries, requests, or complaints regarding sales or service via email chats and phone
There is another employee you will manage that will work with you on customer service
Handling Returns and Exchanges
Meeting customers expectations by recommending changes to products
Keep track of emails, phone calls, and paperwork
Work closely with web development and technical teams
Communicating with retail locations daily
Incorporate Best Practices
Inventory management for online

· QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Shopify and customer service
Attention to detail, extremely organized, punctual, and ability to multi-task
Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive and productive relationship with co-workers
Works well under pressure
Ability to problem solve
Demonstrated ability to listen, collect data, prioritize requests and manage conflict
Ability to communicate professionally with grammatically correct verbal and written responses to customer inquiries
Self-sufficient, self-starter, and proactive
Proficient in Microsoft office, Shopify, Retail Pro (preferred, not required)
English (fluent)
