Our Client is looking for a seasoned Ecommerce Product Manager who is responsible for day-to-day operation of the Ecommerce platform landscape with consideration to OMNI Channel.
You will define and improve business operational processes as they relate to the platforms and its tools.
You will also Understand business opportunities, the front-end (User Experience) technical landscape, back-end (site performance and process efficiencies), and defining opportunities that will support the business team in achieving their objectives
You will Scope detailed product requirements and prioritize key platform enhancements and projects successfully (on budget, on time, of quality) Manage, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly development throughput, capacity, and budget.
You will also analyze and monitor platform processes finding improvement opportunities and ensuring platform health.
Responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with our internal, Global, and Third-Party partners.
What you bring to the table:
5+ years of experience in eCommerce and Retail Web operations and product management.
Agile Project Management experience preferred
Analytics and web-based monitoring tools experience critical.
Excellent oral and written communications skills in person and virtually.
Ability to conceptualize and capture business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for external web development
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels (Internal, Global team, Third Party vendors)
Demonstrated ability to lead teams with direct/indirect reports.
