Full-Time, Salaried Position

Salary: 75K

100% Remote, EST hours are a must

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the eCommerce Specialist will play an essential role in advancing eCommerce initiatives focused on improving user engagement, optimization, and conversion.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage short-term and long-term optimization plans for Websites and mobile applications
  • Assist in running efforts around Websites and eCommerce user flows, features, and functionality with an optimizing focus on user experience and maximizing conversion
  • Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their business objectives and goals
  • Provide QA support with Website content, updates, testing, and promotions
  • Work closely with the Product, eCommerce, and Marketing teams to better align visitor engagement and logged-in eCommerce experiences
  • Publish new content and update existing content on marketing and product pages
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to ensure site optimizations are data-driven and provide actionable insights based on user trends
  • Gather and analyze digital marketing metrics, web analytics, and KPIs for all properties
  • Leverage findings to generate test hypotheses, and prioritize based on level of effort and impact
  • Implement and report on assigned A/B & multivariate testing plan to ensure we’re optimizing ROI
  • Analyze results and identify wins, losses, and trends, and effectively communicate those findings
  • Ensures previous wins are carried over to new iterations and tested for additional improvements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 2-3 years of work experience in the eCommerce industry or related field
  • 2+ years of experience preferred using A/B & multivariate testing tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, or related A/B testing tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of analytics software such as Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to translate findings into actionable UX recommendations, achieve alignment across teams and prioritize and manage changes
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and its relationship with direct revenue generation
  • Self-motivated with exacting attention to detail, deadlines, reporting, and can work independently
  • Team spirit with a data-driven mindset
  • Proven success planning and implementing conversion and retention strategies to drive online revenue
  • Proficiency with eCommerce testing methodologies and optimizing conversion funnels
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of eCommerce metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives
  • Technically savvy and experienced in areas such as HTML, content management systems a plus
