Our client is a fast growing home brand located in the South Bay. They are looking for a fulltime
Email Operations Specialist. This role will play a key role on the Retention teams. The role will be responsible for deploying email and SMS campaigns and automated series. You’ll track key performance metrics and participate in decisions on how to keep driving the impact of our CRM efforts.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, results driven, a creative problem solver, strong at project management, and a team player. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong communication skills, particularly on project progress, roadblocks and solutions. You’ll be excited to deploy both brand campaigns as well as dynamic, automated content.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely with CRM strategists and developers to create, test, deliver, track, optimize, and automate email and SMS marketing campaigns
Strategize on implementation methods that would enable personalized, dynamic experiences for leads and customers
Quality assurance for all outgoing email and SMS campaigns
Create segments for relevant efforts
Coordinate and communicate status of projects to key stakeholders
Escalate or address any roadblocks in deploying initiatives
Work closely with vendors for email, SMS and other CRM channels
Track key performance metrics for CRM, including deliverability, open rates, click rates, and audience performance
