Marketing Manager Overview:

As the Engagement Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and executing marketing plans to elevate the overall brand. You will own the marketing calendar across channels and build go-to-market strategies for products, launches, and key moments for the brand. The ideal candidate will be a strong cross-functional partner to the team and shepherd initiatives from idea to execution with enthusiasm.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering 3/4 email campaigns a month for the International Business Development team
  • Reporting on key results for email campaigns in weekly meetings with key stakeholders
  • Planning out email calendar with BD team to map out the coming months
  • Build and execute engagement, lifecycle and retention initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels, including email, push notifications and in-app
  • Own daily operations and implementation of email campaigns - this includes revenue campaigns, engagement campaigns and push notifications
  • Directly manage the entire email execution process - this includes gathering notification specs, briefing creative team, QA, testing, deployment, scheduling, and success monitoring
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences
  • Implement A/B tests to optimize components of notifications
  • Define and drive operations and execution strategy for Email as an engagement channel

 

Marketing Manager Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience preferred

· 3-5 years marketing experience

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Must be detail-oriented and deadline focused

· Knowledge of marketing best practices in the B2C and B2B fields

· Broad understanding of traditional and emerging channels
