*ROLE DESCRIPTION:*

We are looking for a 2-3 month Experience Contractor. As a part of the SIC Experience Team, you will help us manage onsite operations that bring SIC Customer Engagements to life. This role requires someone who identifies as a self starter and can take on tasks and projects with minimal direction. This person should be comfortable time managing their day to meet deliverable deadlines. In this role you will work cross-functionally with other SIC team members and other internal teams. *RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* Work closely with the SIC team and sales teams to operationally support multiple SIC Customer Engagements at a time (both in-person and virtually).

 

*IN-PERSON RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Greet executives & customer executives upon arrival to the Innovation Center

* Work with Guest Services to preregister all SIC customers through our guest management system

* Work with Health & Safety to pre-register all SIC customers with Senneca Diagnostics for onsite rapid COVID Testing

* Create and print name tents and agendas for customer briefings

* Set up conference rooms to be customer-ready with name tents, notebooks & pens

* During meetings, manage/monitor the SIC floor. Direct customers, employees & executives to conference rooms, Ohana Floor, etc.. & assist with baggage, coats & coffee (Nspresso) machine

* Act as the liaison between SIC Team and other partner team that are consistently on the floor (Security, Health & Safety, Campus Events, etc..). Manage requests, questions & direct to the appropriate channel.

 

* VIRTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Work independently entering data for a queue of executive-level meetings

* Track all meeting logistics, costs, and customer attendees for SIC Customer Engagements in CRM

* Partner with the SIC Experience team to execute customer experience offerings for virtual SIC Customer Engagements

* Partner with the SIC Marketing Team on the creation of a SIC Customer Communications Journey

* Execute the SIC Customer Communications Journey via Splash and Salesforce CRM

* Partner with the SIC Business Operations team to build reports and dashboards in CRM to analyze SIC Customer Engagement data

* Proactively approach new projects and have confidence to build new programs and processes

* Present and implement change management strategies for process improvements to the SIC team

 

*REQUIREMENTS*

* Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and can show proof of vaccination

* Can be onsite in Midtown Manhattan/Bryant Park 2-4 days a week

* Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision

* Customer service experience, project management, events or hospitality background

* High attention to detail

* Comfort with ambiguity and ability to be flexible in ever-changing environment

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required for executive-level meetings

* Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively

* A growth mindset, seeing opportunity and solutions when presented with challenges in an always-evolving environment

* Previous experience working in data entry

* Exceptional team player with a passion for learning

* Inventive and creative approach to solving problems

 

*PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:*

* Understanding of and previous experience with Salesforce products, specifically Quip, Salesforce CRM, and Tableau

* Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, Splash Event Marketing Platform, and Slack

* BS/BA preferred
