Job description
The Executive Assistant will provide high level business and administrative support to the General Manager Americas, as well as the SVP Wholesale, in a fast-pace environment. This position requires outstanding business communication skills, excellent judgment, and utmost discretion in handling all matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Actively manage calendars and meeting schedules, coordinate travel, and compile expense reports
• Coordinate and prioritize a complex schedule of meetings across multiple calendars, prepare agendas, and assist in developing meeting presentations
• Plan special events, offsite meetings, market week meetings, business and entertainment lunches and dinners. Includes catering, room reservation, and miscellaneous related duties
• Assist with miscellaneous American duties related to the Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Chile businesses
• Oversee gifts, charitable donations, and identify strategic partners for potential collaborations (Louis Vuitton, WWD, Belvedere, MHUSA)
• Administration of special projects as necessary
• All other duties assigned

• Excellent computer skills; expertise with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of InDesign a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong GPA
• Two years’ experience in Administrative position
