This role is largely a coordination, facilitation and administration role. REMOTE
Job Description/Skills Needed
• Demonstrated ability to lead team meetings, facilitate good decision making and effectively communicate concerns
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across workgroups
• Work with ARB Lead/architecture team to create, modify existing Confluence templates; organize existing Confluence artifacts
• Work with ARB Lead to create or modify existing reports/dashboards in ServiceNow
• Understanding of SDLC and IT project management background required
• 5 years project coordination/management experience required
• Tools: Must have Confluence, ServiceNow, Teams, Excel, SharePoint
• Tools: Nice to have Clarity, Jira, MS Forms/O365, Zoom
• Run the ARB intake process:
- Perform QA on artifacts are submitted o Communicate deficiencies with submitters
- Assign reviewers
- Perform communications around these activities
• Run the ARB review process
- Schedule meetings o Facilitate review discussions
- Document/execute on follow up items and meetings
- Publish zoom meeting recordings
- Communicate/publish review results through established channels
• Represent ARB in funding review process
- Research ARB approval for funding requests
- Document ARB approval status in Clarity
- Communicate ARB status in Funding Review meetings
