Freelance Creative Agency Producer
Client Overview:
Our client is a mid-sized creative agency, specializing in social, digital, and OLV. They are a dynamic and collaborative team that loves candidates who can come in and hit the ground running – ideally from a smaller creative agency!

Producer/Project Manager Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive digital marketing content delivery schedules based on milestones and key dates. Oversee all aspects of a production: estimating concepting, scheduling, talent, shoot, edit, visual effects, music, and delivery through a creative execution lens. This person will be connecting the Account, Creative, Project Management, and Business Affairs departments. They will also coordinate with the digital, social, and experiential teams to ensure strategies of all assets and content. You will also be responsible for monitoring and improving the campaign process and ensuring projects are delivered on-time.
Producer/Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Social, Digital, online video experience – some web would be a plus as well
• Primarily internal work – working in tandem with creative, account services, etc.
• The hiring manager will handle all budgets and most client-facing work
• Client is a tech healthcare client (P+G level)
• Support and execute the creative concept
• Quality Control content and ensure appropriate for client
• Communicate key deliverables, technical specifications, and production and reporting requirements for all campaign components
• Prepare status reports and hold internal and external status meetings to ensure on-time project delivery
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to gather, track creative assets, confirm usage, and distribute assets
• Monitor project progress and propose solutions for potential risks with internal teams or third-party vendors
Producer/Project Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar Producer role
• Smaller creative agency experience preferred
