Job description

Digital Analyst Overview:
The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting analysis of a broad spectrum of innovation technology proof-of-concepts, prototypes, pilots, and product transition. We are looking for a mid-level Analyst with strong research and communication skills and an interest in technology, innovation, and idea-driven thinking.

Digital Analyst Responsibilities:
• Partner with Producers/Project Managers to define clear and measurable project KPIs
• Assist in scoping analytics requirements, building tags according to company standards, and guiding developers
• Independently interpret data and analyze results
• Build, maintain, and own dashboards and tools to report metrics against KPIs (engagement, traffic, conversion, etc.)
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
• Document and communicate the results of each project
• Generate easy-to-interpret reports based on collected data
• Lead weekly analytics reviews including actionable reporting with recommendations on future iterations
• Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
• Stay current on trends and best practices in digital analytics within e-commerce space

Digital Analyst Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce analyst role
• Extensive experience working with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and BigQuery
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
• Strong data/insights presentation and visualization skills
• Ability to effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Advanced knowledge of both technical and business aspects of e-commerce and analytics
