Senior Digital Marketing Manager Overview:

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for leading digital marketing programs such as email, SMS channels, and developing Loyalty for the brand to help deliver against the overall brand objectives. This role will define segmentation, A/B testing strategies and analytical insights across CRM channels and will be responsible for sharing and to integrate these learnings into the larger marketing & activation strategies, to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Senior Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee lifecycle marketing strategies which identify valuable consumers and opportunities that drive increased engagement and revenue.
  • Provide consumer insights support as well as audience development support for all digital media campaigns.
  • Create and continually refine and help optimize direct-to-consumer communications (including email, media, SMS and direct mail) with new tech and models.
  • Manage external agency and multiple vendor relationships as related to CRM, loyalty, consumer marketing and database management.
  • Create and lead the development of brand analytics, segmentation analysis, and other analytical techniques to improve consumer insight, retention and loyalty.
  • Manage the distribution and presentation of CRM reporting and status to executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with media and platform/site teams to drive development omni-channel programs and campaigns.
  • Manages the strategy and oversee the execution and analytics of all broadcast and transactional campaigns.
  • Manages Segmentation strategy, A/B and multivariate tests from start to completion – including analysis and sharing out insights with stakeholders to inform future optimizations.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to develop loyalty program communication for broadcast, trigger, and transaction campaigns.
  • Lead Creative requests and personalization initiatives to improve the effectiveness of our CRM and Digital communications by targeting specific consumer segments

Senior Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience across email, SMS, and paid media channels.
  • Beauty/ luxury industry knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in “direct-to-consumer” environment preferred.
  • Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
