An exciting opportunity for a German Native, Creative Lead to join one of the world's largest video hubs.

Description

The Creative FR will be responsible for creating and delivering advertising within Germany - devising, creating and editing outstanding promotions and campaigns.

The remit includes working with the German marketing team and Creative Planner to respond to creative briefs for all German creative with bold and vibrant ideas, working with in-house Production and Design, plus production / post-production agency partners as needed. Creative or creative oversight will be required for all key categories in Germany, including User marketing, Creator marketing, Subscriptions, Key Opinion Formers (KOF) and Social. 

The Creative Lead, FR will be responsible for delivering online and social films and promotions delivered on brief, on time and on budget, from scripts, treatments and storyboarding stage through to execution and delivery.

  

  • Presenting ideas to Creative Directors, Marketing and stakeholders.

  • Working closely with production to ensure smooth process

  • Responding quickly and constructively to feedback

  • Helping ensure consistent messaging and brand tone of voice across all work and media

  • Working collaboratively across the department and with marketing

  • Bringing a positive mindset to your work and playing an active role in the department

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Great editing ability

  • Proven strength in idea generation, copy and script writing

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Experience of creating high profile work to tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of briefing and understanding graphic design

  • Understanding of video production and post production workflows

  • Experience of creating and delivering social video formats

  • Experience of directing shoots and/or self-shooting

  • Proven experience in Broadcast or a Social/Digital platform or production house

  • Ability to organise time and projects effectively

  • Knowledge of design/motion graphics software an advantage

  • Keen interest in popular culture, social media and emerging trends

  • Positive, collaborative and can-do attitude
