24 Seven is partnering with our client whom is one of the most recognizable sporting goods brands globally. They are seeking a Global Digital Operations Manager. We seek people who can lead, grow, think, dream, and create.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate collaboration between internal and external creative partners.

• You will schedule and attend asset review meetings, vet feedback for the creative crew, make sure teams are aligned and ensure we have a clear path forward.

• Communicate obstacles and improvement opportunities

• Create and manage timelines for photography, copy and design, and manage deadlines for creative assets. Define scopes of work, manage project trajectories, and complete on time and within budget.

• Track stakeholder feedback

• Adhere and enforce agreed upon SLA’s—Define production (“work back”) schedules of multiple projects with similar and tight deadlines on an ongoing basis.

• Develop and refine effective workflow processes, scheduling strategies, and communication models.

• Communicate obstacles and improvement opportunities.

• Supervise flow and quality of information into the creative team.

• Attend weekly meetings with development, production and strategy teams.

• Work with Sr Manger, Creative Operations to develop, maintain, communicate and train internal teams and external resources/teams on brand standards.

• Maintain understanding of all aspects of brand standards, design and production process.

• Manage communication issues between business partners, creative operations managers and project managers.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Design or an equivalent experience in a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' directly relevant work experience including 2 years interactive project management/creative production experience.

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines

• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities

• Strong understanding of project management tools like Asana, Slack, MS Office, Airtable

• Understanding of the language of creative production.

• Detail orientation and intrinsic passion toward site success and high-quality delivery

• Outstanding team player and positive attitude

• Able to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes— Must maintain a positive attitude under pressure

• Must be a self-starter, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative and flexible

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated attention to detail and process excellence

• Connection to streetwear culture and trend.
