Job description

Our client is seeking a Manager of Global Digital Platforms who will be responsible for the project management of the D2C e-commerce platform. They will manage the relationship with our developers, merchandisers and web designers to ensure the platform is technically optimized, enriched with the latest features and merchandized following best practices and guidelines. 

Responsible for the D2C platform’s new features development and optimization
•    Day to day management of the developers’ agency using JIRA    
•    Help create feature prioritization roadmap per cycle, balancing Global Corporate team’s releases and priorities
•    Brief web design team for updates to design system 
•    QA/UAT New Feature Development on Brand Site
•    Draft instructions for markets to adopt new features

Responsible for Merchandising Project Management 
•    Day to day management of Merchandising agency using JIRA
•    Wireframe experiences for merchandisers to build out features
•    Brief & manage deliverables of creative requirements for new feature enablement
•    UAT merchandised feature enablements & XML exports requirements for market adoption
•    Maintain merchandising guidelines & best practices

•    A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organization
•    Strong project management skills with an ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines
•    Experience with JIRA tracking using Agile Methodologies
•    Experience of ecommerce technical product management in dynamic industry
•    Strong data-analysis skills 
•    Strong presentation skills and a particular aptitude for synthesizing complex material so that it is clear, meaningful and actionable to a variety of stakeholders

•    Bachelor’s Degree. 
•    5 to 7 years of progressive experience managing a high volume business-to-consumer eCommerce site.
•     Experience working with global markets.
