This critical role of Visual Designer will report to and support the Art Director and extended creative and marketing team. Our client is looking for a proactive, creative, energetic and efficient Visual Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate with knowledge in both print and digital design & production will have a key role at a fashion-forward beauty brand that’s world-renowned for setting trends with its fun and diverse approach to skincare. This is a great role for a designer that wants to have a direct impact on how the world views a top global brand and its products – and have fun while doing it.
-The candidate for this position will work cross functionally (Sales, Marketing, Social Media, Education, and E Commerce) in collaboration with the creative team in the production of all seasonal assets across diverse mediums.
-Ensure the level of excellence in all creative work designed and executed is consistent, cohesive, meets brand strategy, and is within budget and timeframe. This includes concept, design, art direction support, overall project management.
-Create seasonal collateral materials including mailers, brochures, point of purchase display, press kits, digital advertising, social media graphics, education collateral, email, blog and all related digital content.
-Design and update seasonal graphics as needed for all third-party retailer sites, other sales channels and social media platforms.
-Experience seeing a print project through completion, including layout design and the printing process.
-Assist Art Director in design concepts, UI/prototyping and photography art direction, while maintaining brand strategy and identity.
-A primary collaborator and voice within the creative team in a variety of settings.

-3+ years of digital and print graphic design experience in beauty, e-commerce or any related field.
-Experience with merchandising design a plus.
-Experience in prototyping through Xd, Figma, and Sketch a plus.
-Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro.
-Knowledge of fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends.
-Excellent written and verbal communications, strong presentation skills, ability to personally organize and set priorities.
-Capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
-Must have a strong portfolio that exemplifies a broad range of concept development and execution for both digital and print.
