Deliverables are diverse.
Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop integrated seasonal campaigns across all selling channels. This includes project kickoffs, internal creative reviews and presentation of designs to marketing and channel owners.
Collaborate with designers and production artists on all stages of the project from concept, through design development, production and final output.
Develop employee communications in a variety of formats including emails, newsletters, posters, video and more
Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will enhance department effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art or related field; equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Minimum of five years as a designer in an in-house retail or agency environment.

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and XD.
Mac proficient with the ability to work with Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint; Basecamp experience a plus.
