Graphic Production Designer
Description:
Designs, implements and maintains the brand and produces material to execute on marketing strategies. Plans and delivers communications and marketing to employees, the public, and other stakeholders.
Ensures every communication product for customers delivers on our brand promise.
Develops collateral and material for projects; maintains consistent brand standards; decides which guidelines apply to each project.
Typically two or more years in graphic design in both print and digital or related field. Experience creating and maintaining files for production-ready artwork preferred. No preference on in-house vs agency experience
Would expect a successful candidate to have–
Relevant education
A minimum of 2 years experience working cross-collaboratively with a brand and marketing team
Experience executing designs that express and align with a brand promise

Adobe creative suite
Competency:
Illustration
Motion graphics
Proficient:
MS office – we use MS Office products to communicate with teammates and some templates will need to be build within MS products such as Word, Power Point etc.
WFH with an occasional trip into the office
