About the team: We are looking for an Coordinator, Growth to join our client's Marketing team reporting to the Manager, Growth. You’ll be on the cutting-edge of paid media, helping grow our client's user base. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, has an existing analytical framework, and is hungry to learn and grow.

About The Role: This candidate should be comfortable supporting all daily operations on cross-functional projects with the Content, CRM, Partnerships, and Social teams. This candidate should be comfortable working with external parties to collect deliverables and ensuring that they are organized and shared internally within deadlines. This individual should have experience in project management and understand prioritization of tasks and responsibilities. The candidate will also have the opportunity to evaluate current processes and revamp systems to make operations more efficient.

What You’ll Do:

As a Coordinator, Growth at our client you will:

-Work with merchant partners to collect deliverables and legal permissions for the Content, CRM, and Social teams

-Deliver assets to cross-functional teams within hard deadlines

-Collaborate with Content, CRM, and Social teams on campaign ideation and creative briefs, review drafts, and provide feedback for improvement

-Track completed campaigns and deliver to merchant partners for review

-Maintain master document outlining all campaigns, flight dates, and statuses across various teams

-Troubleshoot roadblocks and identify solutions in day-to-day project operations

About You/Preferred Qualifications:

-0-2 years prior experience managing projects with set deadlines and cross-team dependencies

-Ability to operate autonomously to deliver results and self-starter who naturally becomes a resourceful addition to the team

-Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills

- Experience and understanding of constructing partnerships to benefit multiple parties and drive new growth opportunities via co-branded campaigns
