Client Overview:

Our client is a leading footwear and accessories company looking for a strong Acquisition Marketing Manager to join their team.

 

Position Overview

In this role you will be responsible for the management and optimization of paid marketing channels including but not limited to: SEM, Shopping, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of all direct revenue driving channels including (but not limited to): SEM, Shopping, Paid Social, and Affiliates
  • Wholly own the day-to-day strategy and management of acquisition marketing programs, with exposure and contribution to the acquisition marketing programs for all brands and regions
  • Collaborate with the Director of Acquisition Marketing to ensure best practices are applied to all brands and campaigns
  • Manage overall digital marketing budget and, in partnership with digital agency, understand spend effectiveness and optimizations for all brands
  • Work cross-functionally with internal creative, influencer, and site teams
  • Develop and maintain key performance metric reports
  • Analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Help inform recommendations for acquisition strategies



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of related experience, retail, ecomm and/or fashion experience preferred
  • Strong background in analytics and reporting
  • Experience managing large media budgets and multi-channel paid marketing campaigns
  • Strong Google Analytics and MS Office/ Excel skills
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality
  • Must be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
