We are looking for an experienced and quantitative marketer to drive acquisition from paid marketing channels. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about our brand, analytical in nature, and innovative in their approach to acquiring and engaging customers. The focus will be leading day-to-day growth efforts for our Simplify by brand, however, some responsibilities will include our brand. This role will report to the Head of Growth Marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, scale, and optimize digital & mobile marketing channels (including but not limited to Facebook/IG, SEM, App Advertising channels, ASO.) while managing the budget effectively, while achieving the desired CPA Partner with digital advertising agencies to ensure targets are being met and programs are being executed flawlessly

Develop testing & learn strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy/landing page testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance.

Provide insight into and report weekly on the performance of each channel, evaluate and track key success metrics

Create experimentation roadmaps and execute an A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness across funnel touch-points: Ad creative & messaging, Landing pages, App store listings

Lead creative development for messaging and assets for paid campaigns that drive engagement and align with our brand guidelines.

Must be willing to give strong direction to creative resources and leverage existing assets at times to build iterations of any testing

Engage cross-functionally with Product, Web, Product Marketing, and external agency partners

 

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing customer acquisition marketing campaigns

Strong quantitative skills; experience utilizing data and measurement to drive decisions

Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns, and translating data into insights

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities based on business needs/impact

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Self-motivated, but also can work well and contribute in a diverse team environment

Keen problem-solving, troubleshooting, and scrappy approach to finding unique solutions to situations as they arise

Experience developing marketing strategies and translating those strategies into business plans

Subscription, mobile, and/or fintech experience is a plus

Bachelor’s Degree
