What You’ll Do
- Own strategic planning and execution for new customer growth, driving awareness, consideration and conversion amongst millions pet parents Build, lead, and mentor a high performing team of in-house acquisition marketers
- Drive optimal investment of acquisition spend ensuring that spend volume is maximized under CAC thresholds
- Collaborate with finance and retention teams to understand, plan, and ensure performance against LTV/CAC Ideate and test ways to leverage omni-channel business to improve CAC dynamics
- Oversee creation and maintenance of cross-channel attribution framework to guide media mix decisions Own the acquisition testing roadmap and drive A/B testing and iteration across media, messaging, creative, and site
- Partner with e-commerce team to build, test, and optimize new customer journeys
- Drive creative strategy in partnership with Brand Marketing team, ensuring well written briefs and desired creative outcomes are achieved with internal and external creative partners
Who You Are
- 8+ years in high growth DTC brands, with a proven track record of achieving step function growth
- Single product or subscription marketing experience a plus
- Strong quantitative skills, with experience analyzing and optimizing cross channel media investment Superior communication skills demonstrated at the executive level and cross functionally
- Well organized, meticulous about the details, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A self-starter and proactive, positive thinker
