Job description

Leading Market Research company based in Orange County is looking for a Head of B2B Growth to join their team. 

*Onsite once a week in Irvine*
 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and results for customer acquisition and activation over marketing channels and full-funnel activities. Develop an intimate understanding of the customer journeys to drive impact across the funnel.
  • Build and optimize a growth engine that drives awareness, consideration, and conversion. Manage awareness and demand programs and their performance, including content marketing, search marketing, SEO, paid social, display, website optimization, lead nurturing, email, events, and webinars.
  • Manage budgets and agencies as needed and determine the acquisition budget needed to deliver pipeline targets and allocate resources between channels. Continually analyze, test, and iterate on campaigns to maximize conversion and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead and contribute to campaign planning sessions. Define and manage a calendar of campaigns. Launch and execute the campaigns and report on the impact. Analyze results and surface insights to optimize performance.
  • Own marketing automation strategy and nurture opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales Development to scale our outbound engine.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years experience, preferably in growth-stage SaaS.
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and can multitask across teams, projects and priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
