Job description

Our client, a leader in the Corporate Wellness and Elite Athletic Training space is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to drive their B2B revenue and launch a DTC platform. 

Head of Growth Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality leads to our Sales team while enabling them to effectively convert them into pipeline and revenue, collect feedback from the field on an ongoing basis to optimize campaigns, and closely monitor ROI.
  • Engage with sales, marketing & operations leaders to align on priorities and develop demand generation and account-based GTM strategies for a B2B revenue model that is amplified by B2B2C engagement
  • Partner with Data Science, Marketing, Product, Sales and Operations to build innovative platforms and systems that keep us at the cutting-edge of marketing technology and measurement.
  • Partner with the Marketing team on content strategy, planning and executing of multi-channel programs: emails, webinars, events, digital, direct mail etc.
  • Lead the Strategic Design of digital ecosystems including: Account based and search engine marketing, (paid, SEO), marketing automation, Email marketing, direct response marketing, trade shows and conferences
  • Lead Nurturing + Channel Management Support
  • Design and build experimentation (customer research/interviews to test early, A/B tests, etc) into the acquisition marketing practice
  • Orchestrate demand generation and Account Based Marketing programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) that successfully engage target market accounts moving them effectively through the buyer’s journey
  • Manage In-House Media Strategy/Planning, and external media agency (for buying)
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and operations team partners to develop a target accounts selection process leveraging account data models
  • Communicate program status to key stakeholders, making sure programs are executed on time and accounts/leads are effectively followed up on time by Sales team
  • Use data and industry best practices to formulate in-depth analysis, insights and interpretation to optimize programs and plays for target accounts
  • Identify and build a team of growth marketing and lead generation analytics experts
Head of Growth Qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience in Enterprise B2B Marketing ideally with B2B2C high-growth companies
  • Successful history in developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs including: email, digital, direct mail, events, webinars and more
  • Adept in the required marketing tech stack tools such as Hubspot CRM and Marketing, Google Analytics, and Looker
  • Deep understanding of pipeline and account engagement analytics
  • Experience acting as a liaison between Sales and Marketing teams
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, be creative, efficient and productive
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • World-class combination of creative, analytical, and critical reasoning skills
  • Fast learner with excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Energetic, humble, and self-motivated team player
  • Great at communicating and working with a high-performing cross-functional team
  • Personal interest in health, wellness and/or sports and fitness industry
