Reporting to our CMO, this role is based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters with the option for remote work. What you’ll be doing In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end success of the client's paid and owned marketing channels.

-You will lead the growth portfolio, leveraging attribution, LTV/CAC targets, and channel performance to forecast and deliver the client's next level of growth.

-You will nurture and manage the growth and analytics team members internally and orchestrate external agency relationships.

-You’ll drive the optimization and testing roadmap driving new channel expansion strategy, and also be hands-on in executing campaigns in all channels.

-You will be extremely data-driven and comfortable getting your hands dirty and digging into the data (via Google Analytics, Amplitude, Rockerbox, Looker, and Snowflake) to leverage robust reporting and analytics to optimize performance.

-You’ll partner with the team on all things creative, using creative performance to drive insights that inform our ongoing creative testing roadmap.

-You’ll also partner closely with Product, Data, and Sales teams to ensure that our customer acquisition strategies align with our ultimate business goals and that our paid media funnel conversion is optimized.

-You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are required to wear many hats, and you’ll be passionate about using a mix of data and creativity to drive successful performance marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience directly managing direct response and/or brand response marketing campaigns in both offline and online channels.

-Prior experience with TV and audio a must.

-Prior hands-on campaign management experience for all key paid marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

-Extensive experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Rockerbox) to make data-driven decisions.

-Very strong Excel and data analytics skills.

-You should feel comfortable working with robust reporting in Looker, Excel, and Google Sheets.

-Excellent communication skills - you’ll be responsible for regularly communicating the results of our digital marketing efforts to internal and external stakeholders, including executives.

-Strong emotional IQ with experience managing people, teams and multiple stakeholders

-Curious to the core - you are someone that is always seeking growth that will approach the role with an entrepreneurial mindset.

-Glass half full mentality, leading with encouragement and an infinite mindset

-Experience in building and scaling a team and business a plus

-Experience working in InsureTech, FinTech or financial services is preferred.
