We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Influencer Talent to join an award-winning brand creation agency. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be leading the overall growth for the talent management division. This is an excellent role for someone who has previous experience leading and inspiring a team of Talent Managers and is passionate about the Creator Economy. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social and digital ecosystems as well as being confident in utilising presentations and client decks that are memorable.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching a team of Talent Managers to achieve success with a nurturing and mentoring approach

  • Presenting innovative, smart, and efficient ways of working, as well as processes to ensure the Talent department continuously adopts an elevated way of working 

  • Identifying new partnership opportunities, making the most of existing Brand and Talent networks

  • Working closely with the CGO to breakthrough new categories such as Sports, Music, Publishing and Media 

  • Overseeing an elite roster of Talent, ensuring Talent Managers are meeting the defined KPI’s 

  • Strategically establishing and continuously growing the Agency’s Talent roster 

  • Influencing the success of achieving revenue targets

  • Providing bespoke mentoring and advising Talent on impactful professional decisions to further elevate their careers

  • Management of all Media, PR and Commercial enquires that are received on behalf of the Talent 

  • Presenting the Agency’s experience - which encompasses, content creation, marketing, and brand development

The Successful Candidate:

  • Has an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the Influencer and entertainment management industry 

  • Has established impressive experience within the Influencer/Celebrity Talent Management space

  • Is great at maintaining long term relationships and has an impressive network of Brand contacts 

  • Has previous experience pitching partnership opportunities and agreement drafting 

  • Has previous experience leading a high volume of negotiations to achieve the best success for the Talent 

  • Thrives within a fast-paced environment where there are time-sensitive projects and deadlines

  • Enjoys achieving KPIs and success measures to ensure growth within the Talent division 

  • Embodies inspirational leadership qualities 

  • Displays incredible communication skills, both written and oral
