You Will...

  • be responsible for all strategic excellence at company including brand strategy, ux strategy, media strategy and analytics.
  • oversee cross-functional teams who use research, user-centric methods and data to uncover deep insights.
  • be responsible for bringing strong, insight-driven and data-driven strategic thinking that guides our clients’ overall business plans.
  • define the opportunities, insights, and frameworks for the Client Partner and Creative teams to act on - resulting in a compelling, cohesive experience that builds affinity.
  • participate in and develop strategic insights for new business and existing client opportunities. 
  • simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges with enthusiasm.
  • work with data partners to define measurement and optimization strategies across traditional and non-traditional media channels.
  • collaborate with Client Partnership team to grow accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

You Have...

  • 8+ years of agency experience driving brand, digital experience, go-to-market and innovation strategies that are more than just wildly effective. They are entirely measurable.
  • experience managing a team of 2+ people.
  • deep research expertise. You facilitate the research practice order to curate questions and assumptions from the team and identify methods to answer them.
  • documented proof of how you’ve applied your insights and strategic vision and why it drove business success.
  • excellent communication skills among teams, clients and across disciplines.
  • strong appreciation and enthusiasm for design, user experience and storytelling.
