Job description

Our retail client is looking for a Help Desk candidate to join them fulltime. This is an onsite role starting as soon as possible. 

In this role you will: 

  • Act as the first point of contact when our customer needs help
  •  Answer incoming calls and emails in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Solve a variety of IT concerns focus on our Point-of-sale system and Music support
  • Resolve Tier 1 level tickets and escalate to appropriate teams if needed.
  • Setup new accounts via Microsoft Office 365 platform for new hires
  • Provide Level I support for hardware and software including workstations, laptops, ipads, tablets, and network printers/copiers
  • Manage all MAC (Move, Add, Change) initiatives including the coordination of technology components. Provide post move support to the internal customers
