Responsibilities: Provide local employee and manager support. Active contributor to continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools. Monitor results and activities to document and implement process improvements. Develops and recommends change to metrics, service level agreements and vendor relationship based on analysis and objective construct and review of data. |
