Job description
- Provide local employee and manager support.
- Active contributor to continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools.
- Monitor results and activities to document and implement process improvements.
- Develops and recommends change to metrics, service level agreements and vendor relationship based on analysis and objective construct and review of data.
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Team player and strong experience working in a collaborative work environment.
