As the HR Project Manager, you will keep teams on track by implementing time management and organizational structures. In this role, you will determine the tools and requirements needed to meet deliverables, set timelines and motivate team members toward common goals.
Job Description:
• Partner with assigned business leaders to understand initiatives and provide day to day advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle in support of the initiative’s success.
• Partner with different Department Leaders, HR and other appropriate partners to identify needs, and develop communication, training and plans.
• Identify and define data-driven and scalable metrics to measure success of change initiatives and inform additional needs
• Connect across the aisle and up and down the leadership ladder to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Identify risks and resistance and supporting mitigation strategies to move the organization forward.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Adept at communicating information clearly and concisely to varying audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
• Synthesizes information quickly with ability to get up to speed and add immediate value to new situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; expert in PowerPoint and Excel
• Retail, wholesale or supply chain experience a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Capital work through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Expert: MS PowerPoint and Excel)
