Client Overview: Our client operates and manages major venues and sport franchises as well as delivers content and premier experiences.

Human Resources Coordinator Overview:

This individual will help organize, coordinate and carry out all HR processes and projects for the company. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates for a variety of roles across the organization and overseeing our prestigious internship program.

Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for employee questions, fielding to other team members where appropriate.
  • Assists with recruitment efforts for full-time positions, to include editing and posting job descriptions, sourcing, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and writing offer letters.
  • Ensure seamless recruiting and onboarding experience for candidates from start to finish.
  • Coordinate all aspects of employee on-boarding process from background checks to orientation and liaise with operations and IT for seating and equipment.
  • Host orientation for new employees and interns, as well as schedule CEO and executive meet and greets.
  • Run and create regular and ad hoc reports on HR data and key business information.
  • Assist HR Operations team with all administrative tasks including HRIS data entries, org chart maintenance, new hire on-boarding and file maintenance.

Human Resources Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Interest in recruiting
  • Administrative experience
  • Keen attention to detail, strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Understands the tasks involved with a full life cycle recruiting process and has experience using Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter.
