Our client is a lifestyle / action sports brand who is looking for a knowledgable Digital Media Manager covering lifestyle and pinnacle product, you will work directly with the Senior Manager, Media and Advertising in the development of lifestyle and energy driving marketing campaigns, specifically with focus across paid social, digital, print, and CLM.

What you'll do: 
1.    Planning, executing and optimizing media for key lifestyle and pinnacle product initiatives
2.    Your diverse experiences and background enable you to provide a unique perspective to fuel our regional and global growth
3.    Working in coordination with media agency on campaign recommendations and optimizations
4.    Collaborating on creative assets with creative team and marketing partners 
5.    Supporting influencer and branded content strategies related to social and other paid partnership programs
6.    Managing timelines and budgets for lifestyle campaigns
7.    Providing digital analytics, insights and reporting
8.    Reviewing campaign performance and providing recommendations based on business and campaign objectives
9.    Researching and presenting opportunities for new digital partnerships and platforms

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years

•    Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred, or 5+ years related experience and/or training preferably in youth marketing, fashion, and/or action sports marketing in the digital space.
•    Must have passion for and deep understanding of all things digital, especially social media platforms and mobile.
•    Passion for youth marketing, fashion, and/or action sports marketing is a plus
•    Able to work with a cross-departmental variety of stakeholders to achieve a common goal
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Proficiency in Ads Managers for Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok, and knowledge in Excel and Adobe Creative Suite are strongly preferred.
