24 Seven is partnering with one of the top sportswear companies recognized globally to find them an Image Help Desk Coordinator to join their team this winter.
Role Summary:
This role brings together two of our largest teams to receive daily inquiries from all of our internal business partners including Categories, Geo’s, Marketing, Partner Accounts and other departments. These questions are generally related to digital asset readiness. Digital assets are the product’s imagery, copy, translations, and attribution. This role is to provide answers to these inquiries, release images where possible and educate our partners on the self-service tools available to them.
Responsibilities include:
-Asset Sharing
- Handling Inquiries regarding 'missing assets, if/when assets will be ready'
-Serve as the go-to contact for Geo teams to provide updates on image status
-This can be anything from missing imagery, incorrect imagery, or confidential image release status from systems.
-Collaborate cross functionally with various cross-functional teams to provide status or release images where necessary.
-Utilize Tableu reporting on a regular basis to provide image status updates.
-Informing production partners of prioritization for asset creation when approved
