Job description

Our client is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to be based in their Los Angeles headquarters. This position will play a critical role in driving incremental awareness, revenue and brand affinity.
 
They are a very fast-growing eCommerce company, and are looking for local candidates in the Los Angeles area.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee influencer strategy, with a clear understanding of the various tiers and their respective goals/KPIs
  • Source, onboard, negotiate and manage influencer relationships
  • Handle the influencer strategy, from building the brief, to pitching the influencer, to final contract signing and content delivery management.
  • Handle the post-campaign analysis and effectiveness against internal KPIs 
  • Develop innovative strategies for new social and digital platforms, such as Tiktok, and up-and-coming influencer talent
  • Create scalable processes that allow the program to grow quickly and effectively
  • Partner with social and creative teams to support and identify influencer content for media repurposing, takeovers, giveaways, etc.
  • Manage a budget, allocate spending across different channel strategies to meet and fulfill a full-funnel strategy
  • You will be responsible for helping activate influencer channels to help support seasonal brand and product campaigns

 

 Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer relations, marketing and/or talent management
  • Experience with affiliate platforms (like Impact) and influencer platforms (like Grin, Shopstyle) are a huge plus
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans
  • Experience building and scaling brand influencer programs
  • Experience with internal tools used to source and manage influencer relationships
  • Familiarity with data-keeping and use of tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Google Sheets, and more.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • An excitement for influencer trends and an interest in testing and iterating to stay up with new digital trends
  • Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
