Job Overview:
This role will be responsible for developing & implementing strategic program campaigns that will lead to greater earned media, influencer engagement & content. In addition, this role will support the Influencer Marketing Director on all reactive and proactive influencer marketing initiatives. This role requires an experienced self-starter with a positive solution-oriented mindset, that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will possess stellar organization skills with a high level of attention to detail, as responsibilities will include community management of the brand’s network of consumer and professional influencers.

Responsibilities: 
  • Develop, lead and execute influencer community strategies that will increase brand awareness, engagement, consideration & conversion
  • Develop creative sampling and rewards strategies to positively impact influencer engagement and increase IGC.
  • Collaborate with internal (brand, digital, social, fulfilment) teams to ensure influencers receive products based on appropriate launch timelines, content creation needs, and projected earned potential.
  • Lead strategic membership recruitment and growing engagement of OPI owned consumer and professional earned communities, lead day-to-day planning and execution, plus internal and external communication with key stakeholders across NA & Global cross-functional teams 
  • Lead tracking all program campaigns and influencers within Tribe Dynamics
  • Develop program KPI’s and provide monthly and quarterly reporting and insights, with recommendations to action learnings in future programs new program influencers for future paid brand partnerships
  • Manage all aspects of the influencer community budget – ensuring all activities are on-plan, within budget, and timely
  • Efficiently communicate with agencies as a first-in-line resource for retrieving and providing influencer and press related materials
  • In conjunction with agencies, coordinate mass press mailings, shipments, and messengers to media and influencers, supervising for updates & removing duplications
  • Draft and edit documents such as launch calendars, ROS, agendas, one-sheeters, and plan presentations to ensure agency, leadership and multi-functional teams have easy access to the most current plans
  • Share and reapply NA influencer marketing news internally i.e., red carpet sponsorships, event recaps, etc. via Workplace, Newsletters, and email notifications
  • Lead influencer communications, strategy and planning with internal shopper marketing teams to drive influencer activation across top customers and channels
  • Manage all coordinating aspects of event launches involving influencers i.e., invite list, gifting, onsite coordinating and onsite execution
  • Lead booking OPI nail techs for media shoots, press and red-carpet events
  • Review online publications to identify brand-relevant media coverage, including competitive market and industry information
  • Capture learnings and insights to share broadly across the NA commercial team
  • Brief upcoming product launches and innovations to agencies and contribute to brand brainstorms with creative ideas
  • Administrative support including expense reports, budgets, invoices, clerical tasks, scheduling and coordinating meetings, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Detail Oriented: Ability to take in and organize multiple inputs, data points and action items, and simplify to deliver a plan while ensuring accuracy and sufficient depth of information
  • Business Data Analytics: Make recommendations based on data, including costs, Net Revenue, Margins, ROI, digital media and social media metrics and trends
  • Organized Self-Starter: Comfortable working across teams and functions, able to drive focus, collaborative inputs and agreement to a plan
  • Leadership: Ability to engage and lead a multi-functional team with focus on delivering results
  • Resourceful team player: Able to juggle multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing critical work and being accountable for results
  • Clear communication skills: Critical to drive clear communication, both written and verbal, across a multi-functional team that spans geographies
  • B.S. In Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
  • 5 - 7 Years related experience is Marketing or Business Administration support
  • Comfortable operating in Microsoft Office Suite – strong PowerPoint deck creation skills is a must
  • Experienced with using Google Docs, and platforms Teamwork and Tribe Dynamics or other earned and influencer tracking platforms
