Our client, a health and beauty company, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team! The Inside Sales Representative will elevate accounts, train customers, and support the sales and customer care teams to help drive results and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Maintain contact with clients to generate awareness of products and services
• Utilize marketing automation tools to document work, maintain an updated pipeline, and accurately inform management of sales progress
• Support other sales team members in utilizing marketing automation tools for activity tracking, consumable purchases, and more
• Uphold core mission, vision, and values of the company
Skills & Requirements:
• 3+ years of previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative
• Proficient in CRM (SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Proficient in Salesforce
• A strong understanding of the sales process
• Experience in beauty & health is a plus
